The Traditional Kung Fu school

A Kung Fu school, or Kwoon, is not a sacred holy place, although rules and traditional customs apply here. The student should bring along to every class the most basic of all equipment; a good positive attitude.

What good are rules and customs if there is a lack of respect between Si-Fu and student and vise versa? And between fellow kung fu brothers and sisters for that matter? Following a partial age-old tradition, partial contemporary philosophy, we train together to strengthen our selves, remove illusions and to better understand our surroundings.

Location

The school is located in Franklin, TN in the Grassland area

Class Times: 6:00-7:30 p.m.
